How to Delete a Lead?

This article will suggest you how to delete leads from our systems.

To begin with, navigate to the Manage lead section under Lead Manager.

Deleting Single Lead

1. Click on the Action Buttonon the right side of the lead you want to delete, and select Delete.
2.  Type ‘Delete 1 Record’ exactly as shown in red, and press Delete.
3. You will get a dialogue box confirming that you want to delete this lead. Click on Yes to confirm.

Result: Your selected lead will now be deleted from the system.

Deleting Multiple Leads

Step 1: Select the number of leads you want to delete.

Step 2: Click on the Action button on the top right and select Delete.

Step 3: Type ‘Delete x Records’ to confirm exactly as shown in red and press Delete.

Note: ‘x’ is the number of leads you want to delete.

For example : If you want to delete 40 leads, type 'Delete 40 Records'.

Step 4: You will get a dialogue box confirming that you want to delete this lead. Click on Yes to confirm.

Result: Your selected leads will now be deleted from the system. 

Note: You cannot Copy and Paste the ‘Delete x Records’ command. It has to be manually entered.

Note: Exercise caution when deleting any lead, as this action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
